(3) Wine Courses: 

• Australian Wine

Learn how to taste and identify benchmark quality Australian wines – an essential skill when working with wine in both the retail and hospitality industries. Undertake our on line course from anywhere in the world or come to the Academy for a short one day course with friends.

• French Wine

Study at the Academy which is an approved centre for the delivery of the highly regarded French WineScholar program, offered by the Wine Scholar Guild. This study and certification program was developed    with support of the French Ministry of Agriculture. It is aimed at advanced students of wine whether professionals or serious wine hobbyists. The course, including extensive tastings, covers all major regions in France as well as some of the lesser known ones.

• Italian Wine

The Italian Wine Scholar™ program mirrors the unparalleled level of depth, accuracy, detail and academic rigor offered by the acclaimed French Wine Scholar™ program. Developed by the Wine Scholar Guild with the support of the Italian wine industry, you can now become an expert in Italian wine without having to travel to Italy. The Italian Wine Scholar™ curriculum is designed to provide committed students with the most advanced and comprehensive specialist knowledge on Italian wine – bar none!

• Greek Wine

Greece is filled to the brim with a variety of wines, making it a great country to study. Our academy is the first outside of Greece to be able to offer the World of Greek Wine Program for level 1 and level 2 certifications. Approved by the National Inter-professional Organisation of Vine and Wine in Athens, this course has been developed in Greece in English and will give you the edge over your peers.
